iPhone 14 Stuck in a Boot Loop After Water Damage
Yesterday, we received an urgent repair request from a traveler visiting Osaka from Switzerland.
After the heavy rain, the customer’s iPhone 14 suffered water damage and became stuck in a boot loop.
The Apple logo appeared on the screen, but the phone repeatedly restarted and could not be used normally.
For someone traveling in a foreign country,
losing access to a smartphone can be extremely stressful. Without a working phone,

Our Repair Process: Internal Water Removal and Cleaning
We carefully disassembled the iPhone 14 and inspected its internal condition
before performing water removal and cleaning.
Simply wiping the outside of a water-damaged smartphone may not remove moisture trapped inside the device.
Depending on the amount of water and the affected components, internal cleaning may be necessary.
After the cleaning procedure,
we powered on the iPhone and confirmed that it had started successfully and could be used again.
The customer was delighted to have a working phone again during their trip to Osaka!
